Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the MedPub Assist website (medpub.ijcbr.com) and the services we provide: scientific editing, journal selection support, statistical analysis, reporting guideline reviews, plagiarism checks and thesis-to-article conversion. By requesting a service you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of our services
We provide editorial, analytical and advisory support for research you have conducted. We are not a journal, and we are not affiliated with the National Medical Commission or any indexing database. Our work is governed by our Publication Ethics Policy: we do not ghostwrite, fabricate data, sell authorship or interact with predatory journals.
3. No guarantee of acceptance
Journal acceptance decisions are made solely by journal editors and peer reviewers. We do not and cannot guarantee acceptance, indexing outcomes or publication timelines, and nothing on this website constitutes such a guarantee.
4. Quotes, payment and revisions
Every project receives a written fixed quote before work begins. Payment terms, deliverables and the number of included revision rounds are stated in the quote. Article processing charges (APCs) and any other journal fees are always payable by you directly to the journal; we never collect or forward journal fees.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the work you send us is your own, that data is genuine, that all listed authors meet ICMJE authorship criteria, and that you have any approvals required (for example, ethics committee approval). You are responsible for the final content of anything you submit to a journal.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Your manuscript remains your property at all times. We claim no rights over your work, and we keep it confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for journal decisions, delays in peer review or indexing changes outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
