Comprehensive publication support for medical researchers
Six specialist services, offered separately or as an end-to-end package, for faculty members, postgraduate residents and clinicians across India. Every service comes with a fixed quote, a clear timeline and tracked changes you approve.
Scientific editing
Scientific editing improves how a completed study is communicated. The assigned editor revises grammar, clarity, structure and internal consistency, while scientific decisions and interpretations remain with the authors. Questions that cannot be resolved from the manuscript are flagged rather than guessed.
We edit to your target journal's style, tighten the abstract, align the discussion with your actual results, and check that references are complete and consistently formatted in Vancouver or the journal's preferred style. You receive a tracked-changes file and a clean file, plus an editing certificate on request.
Typical turnaround: 5–7 working days for a standard original article.
What's included
- Grammar, syntax and clarity editing
- Scientific logic and structure review
- Journal-specific formatting
- Reference and citation check
- Editing certificate on request
Journal selection & submission support
Choosing the wrong journal costs months. We shortlist three to five genuine journals whose aims and scope actually match your paper, and for each one we document the indexing status (Scopus, Medline, PubMed Central, Embase, Science Citation Index Expanded or DOAJ), typical review speed, and article processing charges, so you can decide with full information.
Every recommendation is screened for deceptive publishing practices and verified in the relevant source database by title, ISSN and coverage dates. Once you choose, we format the manuscript to the journal's current instructions, prepare a draft cover letter and support the author-controlled submission process.
Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days for a documented shortlist.
What's included
- 3–5 matched journals with indexing evidence
- Source-database coverage check
- APC and review-speed comparison
- Cover letter drafting
- Submission portal assistance
Statistical analysis
Statistical reporting is reviewed against the study design and analysis plan. Under the agreed scope, data can be analysed in SPSS or R, with test selection, assumptions, effect estimates and uncertainty documented for author review.
We handle descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression models, survival analysis and sample-size justification, and we write the statistical methods paragraph so it survives peer review. You also get the analysis outputs, so you can answer reviewer queries confidently.
Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days depending on dataset complexity.
What's included
- Study-design-appropriate test selection
- Analysis in SPSS or R
- Publication-ready tables and figures
- Statistical methods write-up
- Support for reviewer statistical queries
Reporting guideline review
Complete reporting helps editors, reviewers and readers understand what was planned, what was done and how the conclusions follow from the results. We identify the guideline that fits the study design through the EQUATOR Network and check the manuscript item by item.
The review does not create missing methods or certify the study. It returns an annotated checklist and a prioritised list of omissions for the authors to answer. Common frameworks include CONSORT for randomised trials, STROBE for observational studies, PRISMA for systematic reviews and CARE for case reports.
Typical turnaround: 3 working days for one manuscript and checklist.
What's included
- Study-design and guideline match
- Item-by-item reporting review
- Annotated guideline checklist
- Prioritised missing-information list
- One author-response review
Plagiarism check & similarity reduction
Most journals screen every submission with Turnitin or iThenticate and desk-reject manuscripts with high similarity. We run the same check before you submit, then help you fix what it finds the right way: rewriting overlapping passages in your own scientific voice, quoting and citing correctly, and flagging any text that needs your co-authors' attention.
We reduce similarity by improving the writing, never by tricking detection software, and we will tell you honestly if a section needs to be rewritten rather than patched.
Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days including the revised manuscript.
What's included
- Similarity report before submission
- Guided rewriting of flagged passages
- Quotation and citation correction
- Reference audit
- Final clean similarity report
Thesis to article conversion
Your MD/MS or PhD thesis already contains a publishable study; what it needs is restructuring. We distil 100+ thesis pages into a focused original article: a tight introduction, methods that match reporting guidelines, results centred on your primary outcome and a discussion that positions your findings in the current literature.
The result is a manuscript sized and structured for real journals, typically 2,500–3,500 words, with your guide and co-authors credited according to ICMJE authorship criteria. See our step-by-step guide on converting a thesis into a journal article.
Typical turnaround: 10–14 working days.
What's included
- Full thesis review and study mapping
- IMRaD restructuring and summarisation
- Reporting-guideline alignment
- Journal formatting
- One round of revision included
